Description

You will spend two days exploring the villages and valleys of the Atlas Mountains in the Toubkal National Park, trekking past juniper trees and pine forests. You’ll visit the picturesque waterfalls of the Tamsoult in the verdant Azzaden Valley. The mountains serve as a weather system barrier that leaves the park isolated from the vicissitudes of the Sahara and the more Mediterranean feel of Marrakech and the north.


Itineraries

Drive from Marrakech to the Atlas Mountains via Mouly Ibrahim, reaching Imlil (1740m) to start a hike up Tiz M’zik for lunch with stunning views. Visit Tamsoulte waterfalls, stay overnight in Tizi Oussem, then hike to Agrsewal before returning to Marrakech.

After one and half hour driving from Marrakeck towards Beutiful Atlas Mountains via Mouly ibrahim Arrival to Imlil (1740m) to meet Local guide and multer And start your walk up Tiz M’zik (2550) for Lunch under the juniper tree .Spetacular view over Imlil valley & Toubkal Summit, continue to Tamsoulte to visit the highest waterfalls in the Toubkal National Park (100m of hight), down the Azzaden valley to Tizi Oussem village. Overnight at a local Guest house. 6hrs walking.

After breakfast walk through Id Aissa vellage To clibm the passe of Tizi Oudid (2000m) crossin juniper forest and Passing through Matat vellage to arrive to Agrsewal for lunch under walnut grover and relax near by the river befor transfer back to Marrakech 5/6 hours walk.
